Grilled Pork Tenderloin offers a new twist on the usual barbecue fare, and it's a change everyone will appreciate! Slathered with barbecue sauce and rubbed with garlic seasoning, this pork is jumping with flavor! Grilled to true juicy perfection, Grilled Pork Tenderloin balances sweet and savory flavors, and it's excellent on its own or on a soft roll. Make sure you have mac and cheese to serve alongside it!
Ingredients
- 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- olive oil, to taste, for oiling the grill grates
- 1 cup barbecue sauce, plus more, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Prepare the grill for indirect medium heat.
Step 2 -Season the pork tenderloins evenly with the garlic powder, the salt, and the pepper.
Step 3 -Oil the grates with the olive oil. Ensure you have a drip pan positioned under the pork.
Step 4 -Place the pork on the grill and cook over indirect heat for 30 minutes.
Step 5 -Brush the tenderloins evenly with 1 cup of the barbecue sauce and cook until an internal meat thermometer reads 145 degrees F, about 15 minutes.
Step 6 -Remove the tenderloins from the grill and allow them to rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes.
Step 7 -Slice the pork and serve with the extra barbecue sauce.
