All you need is a hungry belly and a knack for good flavors... which we reckon all of you have! Eating a hearty plate of this creamy, fulfilling, cheesy chicken and bacon pasta is considered your initiation and you can betcha it's the tastiest one you'll ever experience. Having a second helping gets you the "Two for You" badge and it only gets better from there. Ready to join? We can't wait to welcome you. Club Casserole will be waiting for you with amazing flavors and your very own set of silverware!
Ingredients
- 4 cups spiral pasta, uncooked
- 4 cups chicken, cubed and cooked
- 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 2 cups Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 -Grease two 8-inch square baking dishes
Step 3 -Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.
Step 4 -In a large bowl, add the chicken, the cheddar cheese soup, the bacon, the milk, the mayonnaise, the tomatoes, and the spinach and stir to combine.
Step 5 -Stir the cooked pasta into the chicken mixture.
Step 6 -Divide the pasta mixture between the two prepared dishes and sprinkle each of the tops with 1 cup of the cheese.
Step 7 -Cover the dishes with foil and bake until bubbly and the cheese has melted, about 35-40 minutes.
Step 8 -Serve.
